The journey continues. Embodiment is an on-going quest to reach deeper and more broadly into our bodily inheritances, senses and potentials. Masked by local social conventions of perceptions and movement, our deeper selves often remain hidden, waiting to be called out, welcomed back, allowed to play freely, enthusiastically and creatively.
M Body^2 is a contemporary dance concert about relating newly to oneself and others, creating culture and community. Through dance we explore how to compose and combine with those we move with, in both guiding and following, inspiring and supporting inspiration. This year’s M Body 2continues to work with original video, spoken word and a broad musical palette to enhance the experience of multi-modal immersion in the body as a what and a who, known and unknown, fantastical and home.

Parking Note: There is no parking at Thacher Hall. Ample parking is available just across Route 6A from Thacher Hall around the Common, as well as at the Post Office. Crossing attendants will be available to assist with crossing Route 6A at the designated crosswalk in front of Thacher Hall.
